“Mr Bingo is a London-based illustrator. This series of drawings uses a kitchen sink, a plastic bottle and a sieve to demonstrate how to use a TV and video recorder. Based on an essay by Durrell Bishop and an interface concept by Tom Hulbert, the series was originally commissioned by .Cent magazine for a special issue guest-edited by Industrial Facility’s Sam Hecht (see page 110). “I don’t fully understand it to be honest,” says Bingo.”
